The Loving Relationships Training®
The LRT was created by Sondra Ray and is an educational and experiential resource dedicated to teaching and supporting high quality relationships in all areas of human interaction. Once you take charge of your relationship with yourself, all your relationships are lifted including the ones with family, friends, your mate, your career, your body, and your relationship to your life itself.
This unique seminar was created in the US in the early 1980's and has since traveled throughout the world training thousands of people to improve the quality of all of their relationships. This is done because the training enables you to locate and release many of the unconscious patterns that tend to create limitations in your life. You will acquire modern technology that produces results in your friendships, business and intimate relationships. This weekend consists of a series of short lectures, one-to-one processes, visualizations, written processes, meditations and rebirthing (conscious breathing).
The information is cutting edge relationship technology integrated with Rebirthing.

Trainers
Tony Lo Mastro is the director of the Philadelphia Rebirthing Centre. He has been Rebirthing since 1979. He is travelling from the US to co-lead this training. Tony was born in 1945 and has been alternative all of his life. The awareness of breath and the support of community brought him into the present where he is able to direct his life toward health and function. He supports a humorous and grounded philosophy, inline with the teaching of non-drama, and integrity. His contribution is the common and ordinary relationship with breath and spirit.
Sinead Clancy is a Rebirther, teacher and seminar leader. She has been Rebirthing since 1996 and attributes her growth and development of awareness to the path of Rebirthing and conscious breath work. As a seeker of knowledge and alternative thought forms she has studied with some of the world’s foremost teachers and thinkers in the field of consciousness development including, Sondra Ray, Gary Zukav, and Mata Amritanandamayi Devi.
